Braised and Slow roasted Local Butcher feather blade, cooked red wine Jus and vegetables, served with goose fat roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, oatmeal stuffing, real gravy, selection of winter vegetables and Yorkshire pudding

 

Oven baked hake fillet with potato rosti, crunchy grean beans and hollandaise sauce
