The mouthfeel is thick and creamy whilst the cloves coriander and cardamom offer depth. Finish: Here the supporting botanicals really shine with lingering cardamom and orange peel.

Bright rhubarb stalks upfront, with a brief flash of sourness. This is followed by an array of sweet spice: vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger, which add balance. Classic gin notes then come through, with resinous juniper and the spicy citrus of coriander and a lasting rhubarb crumble finish. Great paired with tonic, ginger ale or in cocktails.

ABV 42% - Dry notes of Yorkshire tea are present on the nose, with fresh, light hits. Delicate and fresh upon the palate, with a slight citrus sharpness hitting the senses. Plenty of dry Yorkshire tea notes blast through, with fresh aniseed, cardomon and pepper making an appearance upon the long finish before the tea returns.

Kirsty’s Gin is a true ‘farm to bottle’ product distilled from scratch by Arkibie farm distillery using its own pure highland water and homegrown ingredients, rejecting the usual bought in neutral grain spirit. Containing botanicals natural to the Angus area, including seaweed and Scottish blaeberries, this gin evokes a crisp fresh balance with lovely floral and citrus aromas.

Comprised of 5 botanicals - juniper, coriander, cardamom, orange peel and angelica. The balance is absolutely perfect. The nose shows a lot of coriander and the juniper is clear with a touch of cardamom to finish. The palate has cardamom at the front with some sweet orange peel coming through to help give this gin its distinctive length.
